{CCOM-ATLAS-1}OBSERVERS is list of coauthors for Tonry et al. (2018a)
OBJECTRA/DEC, PAB, and Phase computed from average of converted MJD
The original ATLAS data were light-time corrected MJD.
The MJD were converted to JD with JD = MJD + 2400000.5 + LTCDays
The original light-time correction was POINT. The value given here is
based on SESSIONDATE/SESSIONTIME and internal calculations.
LTCDays used a single iteration of DeltaT = 0.0057755 * Earth Distance
The magnitudes are Johnson V converted from the native FILTER.
See Tonry et al. (2018b) Ap. J. 867, A105 (ATLAS Reference Catalog)
{CCOM-DATETIME-1}The original SessionDate/Time were adjusted to match the average JD of the lightcurve data
{CCOM-EQUIP-1}Telescope and Detector are those most likely used.
The actual telescope was 0.25-0.35 SCT or 0.5-m R-C.
The actual detector was likely a KAF-E CCD chip in FLI/SBIG camera.
{CCOM-ERASMUS-1}Photometry done by N. Erasmus using The Photometry Pipeline (PP) developed by M. Mommert
Some magnitudes were converted to V from R and I, see PUBLICATION for colors
Original RA/Dec PAB/Phase values overwritten during data verification using SessionDate/Time and ObjectNumber/Name
    {CCOM-MOLNAR-1}Observations from Kepler spacecraft
Continuous observations for up to 2+ days for each obejct
    SESSIONDATE/TIME are for mid-observing run
    Magnitudes are USNO R
Original data were BJD; Assumed to be HJD then corrected to JD
Corrections based on orbital elements as of 2017-09-30
    Maximum JD error ~12 seconds: raw data to 0.0001 d (8.64 s) + BJD-HJD
{CCOM-POSITIONS-1}The original RA/Dec PAB/Phase values were modified during data import/validation
    using SessionDate/Time and ObjectNumber/Name.
    {CCOM-SZABO-1}Observations from Kepler spacecraft
Continuous observations for up to 2+ days for each obejct
    SESSIONDATE/TIME are for mid-observing run
    Magnitudes are USNO R
Original data were BJD; Assumed to be HJD then corrected to JD
Corrections based on orbital elements as of 2017-09-12
    Maximum JD error ~12 seconds: raw data to 0.0001 d (8.64 s) + BJD-HJD
{CCOMP-FIX-1}One or more of the following fixes were applied to one or more of the comp stars:
RA, Dec, MagBand, and/or CIBand were missing and set to the object's values.
No magnitude; set to 0.000 to avoid empty value.
